I would highly recommend using Michael Saunders & Company as your Real Estate broker and more specifically Debbie Daviadoff as your realtor agent. She did a great job for us in helping to facilitate our deal. She was very friendly and professional and provided help when and where we needed it. She has a lot of experience and knows the Sarasota market very well. Tina was the best thing that happened to us when we decided to move to Lakewood Ranch. During our first visit she took the time to really show us around the area. She assessed our needs quickly and matched us to the right properties. Not only did we get the house we wanted, but we had fun in the process. How often can you say that? We were Referred to John Burkholder from good Friends who purchased a home on Manasota Key. John was very good at information he provided for us to review. In the beginning of our search, homes were all different styles and price ranges. But in the end, this proved valuable because our purchase was out of our envelope we gave John to work with. John was always in communication and available for calls or text the whole time and again, valuable because we are out if state buyers. The market conditions in our area was a sellers’ market, John was able to stay calm and steady and pressed on after each home was gone with days after our interest of that home. An absolute pleasure meeting and working with Becky. I was sometimes wondering if she ever slept or rested as we had emails and texts from her at all hours! I just completed my initial phone interview with Mark. He was very thorough and pleasant. He first asked me to describe what type of property and the features I was interested in. We also set up an appointment to meet and start looking at properties. Later that evening I started receiving emails that included property listings. I was very pleased with the service.

I just wanted to praise Karen on her personable and honest customer experience she provides. I just recently closed remotely on a vacant lot in Punta Gorda that I hope to build on in the future. Karen demonstrated her knowledge and experience while supporting me through the entire process from the offer through the closing. I would personally use Karen for any future real estate purchases in the Punta Gorda area and give Karen 5 stars for this excellent buying experience.
