Christy is the most professional, understanding, easy going realtor anyone could ever ask for. She is patient and responds to any questions you may have in an instant and will drop whatever she is doing to help. We've dealt with other agents that showed us a few properties, became impatient when we didn't purchase one of them and then proceeded to blow us off. Christy will go to the ends of the earth to ensure you find the perfect home and won't abandon you even after the sale. Let me start this by saying Gregory is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling a home. We had listed our condo with 2 other agents during an 18 month odyssey to sell it and relocate into a larger home. After those failed attempts, we met Gregory and our skepticism of realtors was quickly pushed aside. We quickly received an offer that exceeded our previous asking prices! Following that success we asked Gregory to assist us in finding our new home. One of Gregory’s greatest strengths was keeping us informed during each phase of buying and selling. He always knew what we should expect next and had us prepared so things would go smoothly. Every transaction faces obstacles and ours were no different, but through each potential setback Gregory kept us informed and clearly explained each side of the issue so we could make informed decisions. We started this process looking for a “business partner” to sell our condo, and after completing that sale and then purchasing a new home with Gregory’s assistance, we were left with a friend. Amy is definitely 5 stars! We selected Amy based on her knowledge of the area and are very glad we chose her. We weren't in Sarasota for the initial part of the sales process, but Amy gladly took on some of the tasks to prepare our condo for sale. She was extremely knowledgeable of real estate in the Meadows and guided us through the process. Amy reached out to numerous realtors to get multiple folks looking at our condo and we received two full price offers the first day the condo was listed. We have already recommended Amy to several other folks and would definitely use her again.

Gregory. Zies is a true professional at his craft. We felt very lucky to find someone like Greg. We are Mainers wanting to find a winter getaway in the Bradenton area. Looking for a condo Greg listened to our wants and needs. Greg sent us listings and kept in touch making sure he was in line with what we were looking for.He would take the time to do a walk through on FaceTime while we were still in Maine and giving us his honest opinion and being extremely helpful every step of the way.Once we found one we really liked , we flew down Greg set up a showing and the rest is history. We had to go back to Maine and Greg handled the closing for sending us all the paper work needed to be signed electronically. He couldn’t have made the process any easier .
