We appreciate your follow up letter following the sale of our home in University Park. The entire process went very smoothly, despite the challenges of the Covid crisis. Realtors for both sides of the transaction were very professional, and there were no glitches. We have been fortunate to work with Bernadette Caswell since 2004 and find her to be extraordinary. During our 39 years of marriage, we have moved 13 times in four different states. In addition, for several years we bought, renovated, and resold distressed properties; and we also built spec homes. That experience has given us multiple opportunities to work with a vast number of realtors on both sides of the desk. And I can tell you without reservation, that Bernadette is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Jamie is without a doubt the number one realtor in my eyes she not only goes above and beyond to help you but is a fantastic judge of character. I have been in the US for 4 years and she found me my first Rental house, then my dream house with everything I wanted a pool, backyard, and lots of space for a great price. Then she rented it within one day of putting it on the market. Also sold my cousin's house and got my parents their dream vacation homes. Honestly, there is not a better person out there to help you with what you want and she is permanently smiling and happy and even drops off treats on holidays to my daughter. Not only were they detailed enough to cover every facet of the contract process in the house at Michael Saunders & Company but they also offered additional services like staging and advice on how to promote our house to its fullest potential. The house was photographed so well it was purchased on the first day it was on the internet. One of your real estate agents, John Harms, assisted us with this purchase thru your firm. His help was above and beyond what we or anyone could have expected. He provided valuable counsel thru the negotiation and worked us thru more details and questions than I can count. Since we were not on-site, he was always there to take care of what needed to happen, working thru the building inspection and follow up on inspection issues.
