My agent through all this was Jason Turner. In my opinion, he went beyond what an agent should do. Any problem I had with selling my old unit and any problem I might have had getting into my new home, Jason was there helping in any way he could. He gave me advice on what to do and what not to do. When I would get upset he was there calming me down so I could think straight. I would recommend Michael Saunders to anyone needing an agent. You are very lucky to have Jason on your team. Our realtor was Susan Keal and she could not have done a better job. I met her several years ago when I was visiting Sarasota and told her one day I was going to buy a home there. She was incredibly patient and kind with us. This past November, we saw a home on your website that we not only loved but checked all the boxes for us. In short, Susan was professional, helpful, and very kind. But perhaps more importantly, she was patient with us.
