We stumbled into your office by chance last January when inquiring about a condo one of your agents, Misty Raines, had listed. We were completely surprised and overjoyed by her willingness to help us. Misty went above and beyond trying to get us into homes with video and Facetime showings. Misty wrote many late-night offers and spent a great deal of time running from house to house so we could view the homes via video chat. Thank you for asking how we were treated by your agent Kristina Von Kessel. On a rating of 1 to 10, Kristina is a 20. It was upsetting for Barrie and me as we were leaving many dear friends behind. I'd like to recount my experience working with Jennifer Linehan in purchasing our first home in Sarasota this December. I called Jennifer and she indeed was a delight to speak over the phone with, She listened provided an upbeat cheer to my response to my questions. She is a problem solver, trustworthy, a good listener and these are just the beginning of her attributes. We met Maureen Horn last winter when we were just checking out places around Longboat Key. She was great. Offering advice and feedback even though it was clear we weren't buyers at the time. Maureen worked with us via phone for many months and did a terrific job introducing us to Longboat key as well as helping us define what was important to us with the pros and cons of various choices. Maureen was generous with her time and her energy. She held our hands through the inspection and close within a few days. Stuart and Laura. Thanks for all of your help. We left no stone unturned. You gave us the heads up on all the possible homes we looked at in all the communities and you both always looked out for our best interests. We couldn't have accomplished our goal in selling our large LWR CC home for a smaller but more modern home somewhere fabulous in the Lake club and banking a few bucks at the same time.
