I have to say John Ludden is the second-best realtor my wife and I have ever met. My wife too is a realtor so that’s why John is second 😊. John is a fantastic guy, very professional, and worked very hard to get us the best deal for my uncle's house. We enjoyed working with him so much we have decided to purchase a home in Punta Gorda and John has been looking for one for us. We would have loved to buy my uncle's house but it was a little out of our price range and it would have been too emotional for us to live there. Thank you for all your company does. Just to say that we met Richard Hearn in 2015 and would not have considered working with anyone else when we learned another unit was for sale in our building, 100 Central Avenue. ( We didn't buy through Richard in 2015 because the unit we wanted never went on the market but was handled through an auction). a401 was listed through Bibi Ann Allard, also with your company, and she graciously worked with Richard. I'll add that both are fine people, very professional, although we almost drowned in paperwork! The transaction was seamless. What is better than that?
