Reatha helped us buy the house in Florida and she sold that same house for us! We returned to Massachusetts when Covid-19 hit. We called Reatha and told her to put the house on the market in late September 2020 and she had it sold by early November 2020. She had to take complete control because we were now in Massachusetts. She handled everything for us using the latest technology so we could get the necessary paperwork completed in a timely manner and kept us abreast of everything that was happening with our property. She was informative and knowledgeable and always made us feel comfortable even though we were not right there in person to do everything.
