Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Barbara is the consummate professional in every way - and as thorough and pleasant as they come. You won't find or work with a nicer, more professional real estate agent - I highly recommend her for any home sale or purchase in the greater Sarasota area!

I have been in residential real estate my entire career and employed over 30 sales agents in our company . Christine has a very unique skill set, beginning with incredible energy and enthusiasm. She personally directed the refurbishing of our condo, removed furniture and staged every room for maximum presentation. She utilized more social Media venues than I knew existed. The difference in working with Christine and her daughter vs most agents is huge. We would have sold our unit much faster without question has we listed with Christine initially. We can’t imagine anyone giving more effort to the task, and she has a generous, kind heart.

We found Margaret through an online search, which can be risky, but we have been completely happy with her & her services. She has worked patiently with us as we changed our minds - more than once - to help us find an amazing house. We are long-distance, and Margaret is great with virtual showings, videos, pictures, and overall communications. In a process that can be complicated & overwhelming, she has managed through every detail, plus made it fun. Margaret is awesome to work with!!

I love my new home and thank Jill Tench every day for helping me find it as well as smoothly navigate through the purchase process. She is professional, patient, caring and sensitive. She listened to my list of requirements and delivered on every item. Her advise was right on as was her timing. I cherish the relationship that we built through this experience and highly recommend her.

Sara is incredible! We were not the easiest clients I am sure, but Sara was incredibly patient and informative. She found us the perfect house and helped expertly negotiate some issues during the buying process. We will be sure to use her again and recommend to any friends and family!

My husband and I have partnered with Jennifer Thayer in selling one and finding 2 homes for us now. Jennifer?s professionalism and determination to find just the right buyer and then the right property for us was awesome. She totally understands all of the unique challenges of the downtown St. Petersburg real estate market and was able to guide us and work through any issues that arose. I would highly recommend using Jennifer as your Real Estate agent when you are in the market to sell or buy a property.
