Desimir was really a joy to work with in purchasing an investment property in the NC mountains. He has a very pleasant personality and is easy to get along with during the toughest part of the negotiation process with the sellers. He seems to think of just about everything that may be a potential issue with the purchase and has recommendations for who and what may be done about them. He handled the back and forth negotians with ease and brought me to a successful closing I am very pleased with. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a property. Gary

Marcy Davis worked tirelessly not only to find us a house, but to find us the RIGHT house. There are not enough accolades to express our appreciation for all the hurdles Marcy navigated in our behalf. She is amazing at getting the job done. A superstar! We love our new home and can’t image finding a better fit. Just a few short months ago we were strangers and now Marcy is like family. Marcy is Awesome!

Sandi did a great job handling the sale of our home. With a very soft market she was helpful in coming up with some innovative ways to market the home and draw buyers to view the listing. Extremely good at communications both with ourselves and the buyers agent. Great job!!

I met Malcolm in 2018 to help me with some rentals and I told him that when I was ready, I was going to ask him to be my agent because Malcolm listens to his client and does his very best to deliver whatever the client is looking for..........and in this case, the client is me. Malcolm checked all the boxes for what I was looking for in a home and he walked me through the entire process. He set the expectations on what was to come next so nothing was a surprise to me. Malcolm is very thorough and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or rent a home........especially first time buyers.
