I would recommend Angela Lista to anyone looking to sell or purchased a new property. We were just walking buy the office "window shopping" on our way to the beach thinking that Siesta Key was not within our budget. Angela showed us listings that were in our price range and how we could turn our vacation home into a potential rental property. She helped us find and purchase our dream condo. Angela kept us informed throughout the process and even assisted with attending the inspection as we weren't able to attend. At the closing table she mentioned that she had 4 deals that she was working on and we had no idea as she made us feel like her only clients. It was the most pleasurable real estate transaction we have ever encountered.

We listed our home with Michael Saunders because of their reputation for developing strong teamwork among their agents. However, our experience with Kaitlin far exceeded our expectations. When the primary agent for our listing needed to step aside temporarily to handle some family medical issues, Kaitlin stepped in to assist and we didn't skip a beat. Joan has been so helpful with everything. She waited for and met the landscaper which really enhanced the property. She showed up at the house when there was a major problem with the new irrigation system and again met with the people to repair the system. She has gone over and above for us at every turn. First she helped us purchase our new home and now is selling our old home. She's very dedicated and informative with information needed to complete the process. VERONIKA recently helped me buy a beach condo on Siesta Key. Because of Covid travel restrictions, all transactions had to be remote. The complexity did not deter Veronika. If you want to work with an agent who will truly look out for your best interest, fight for you and treat you like family, Angela is the agent for you. Many times Angela pointed out drawbacks on potential properties that I initially overlooked when she could have easily stepped back to make the sale. She is passionate about finding the right property for her buyers and is patient, determined and willing to go beyond expectations to delivery. Robin has been very receptive to my questions and curiosities. She seems to have a very good disposition which, is very necessary and important in her line of work.
