I met Kristen Srur over 10 years ago when one of her customers purchased a home we had just completed West of the Trail. I was immediately struck by the professional manner in which she handled the entire process and overall knowledge of new construction. Since then, we have done several deals together and she has continued to impress me. When the need arose for a superior marketer for what would become our “model” home, there was no doubt in my mind who should handle the project. Not only did she create an entire marketing plan tailored to the benefits of new construction and the home’s design, but she also implemented a design center-like atmosphere by coordinating with other Michael Saunders & Company agents to sit the model open on a daily basis. Not surprisingly, all her dedication to this project paid off and we sold all our inventory that year. I will certainly call her again in the future.

Just a few short months ago, we decided to relocate to the Sarasota region of Florida after twenty years in Roanoke, Virginia. Gail Wittig and Ian Addy went above and beyond to show our property at its best and to work with potential buyers through diligent follow-up and marketing. They took care of many of the details of the sale since we were out of the country at the time. They managed the buyers and their agent beautifully and thoughtfully communicated with us through the entire process. I SELECT THE 5 STAR RATING. I have been in the developing industry for many-many years. Worked with numbers of realtors. My experience with most has been marginal or poor. They are most concerned about their commission. Mitch is a class professional and his concern is about me his client. He has a good business sense and I appreciate his opinions. On top of that Mitch operates with kind compassion, which is rarely found.

A note to let you know how much we appreciated Bibi-Ann for all her professionalism and patience in our house hunt in Sarasota. We knew we wanted to live in Sarasota but did not have a realistic view of the market. She patiently showed us condo’s in the price range that we requested. It took us a while to finally realize that what one finds in that price range was not acceptable for us. We were looking for a good value that would retain its resale value in the future. She also helped us realize that the sooner we moved our hunt on the better we were going to be, as inventory is a bit low. She was correct and we found a condo that fit our needs. Her knowledge of all the buildings in downtown Sarasota and surrounding area is impressive. Bibi-Ann helped us retain an excellent attorney for closing. She saw everything through to the end. We are thrilled with our new home in Sarasota. We will definitely call Bibi-Ann for our next move. Highly recommend her, and lovely person to work with.
