Carol Thomas had come highly recommended to me both for the sale of my condo on Siesta Key and later the house off Beneva Rd my father resided at before passing away suddenly in April. Both properties were in the family for many years and were a 'challenge' to sell for differing reasons. I live in England so having such an attentive yet market-practical real estate professional was paramount. Carol went out of her way to make sure I had both properties in the most appropriate selling condition and priced correctly for the changing sales market that presented itself. I have several friends who have bought/sold in Sarasota recently who did not have nearly such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Carol to any buyer/seller and hope to be back in the Sarasota market myself one day.

My husband and I called Deborah O'Mara in November 2019 to discuss the possibility of having her put our house in Lakewood Ranch on the market for sale. She met with us at our house and understood that we were interviewing two other real estate agents from other companies so that we could make a decision about the pricing, marketing and which agent we felt we could trust with the sale of our house. Both my husband and I are senior citizens and realized that we were in need of someone on whom we could depend to be forthright, caring and trustworthy. We were impressed with Deborah's experience, her direct and enthusiastic approach to us, and to the work ahead. We signed the listing agreement and prepared to move out of the house. We accepted her recommendations as to getting our house prepared for a new owner. She had photos of the property and the house taken, put the house on the market, and did a remarkable job for us. We had two contracts by the second day on the market. We accepted the second contract and Deborah worked to help us all the way through the process of sale and to the final closing of the sale. It was about five in the afternoon on a Friday when we spotted a Michael Saunders & Company office. We were in Venice just to check it out and decided to stop in for general information. Sandra Defoe was working the desk. She was very welcoming and after 30 minutes of looking at every property she had narrowed down out interest to a manageable search.Her professionalism and warm personality made it easy for us to commit to coming back on Monday and working with her. After an exhausting search we found our home. Sandra always had OUR interest and not just to sell property. Her follow up is amazing and she definitely cares about her clients. She has even helped with issues since our closing and we consider her our friend. We have already told another friend of ours to check out Michael Saunders and Company.

We had heard about Ms. Phillips from through a mutual friend, who urged us to give her a call as "she is the best agent around." This was an understatement on many levels - as Nancy was both highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable and comported herself with the utmost professionalism. Decisions to put a bid on a new home and sell ours happened within an extremely short timespan (several days), resulting in us having to navigate this all via phone calls with Nancy, and her staff and contacts, as we has returned to our primary residence in New Jersey. We were able to do all this remotely and it became our running joke with Nancy that eventually, we would actually get to meet each other! Finally, when we were able to come back to Florida, she gave us all the necessary time and attention-needed to get everything in order, within a very short time window. Well, it takes a special work ethic combined with an understanding of her clients' needs to pull that off. Both happened seamlessly with her guidance. We will unequivocally and without hesitation, recommend, Nancy and your agency based on our pleasant and successful experience in our sale and purchase this short few weeks ago.

I interviewed several realtors before choosing Ann. I researched Michael Saunders & Company online and Ann stood out to me. It was mostly a gut response but I was impressed to see that Ann had represented buyers and sellers, nit jus people who list homes and wait for someone else to sell it. My choice with Ann proved a good one. I was immediately impressed by her true consideration of my needs and choices. She connected me with Pan Sweeney as well who provided wonderful support to what I felt was becoming my team. Three days after listing my home, Ann and Pam held an open house and by the end of the day, I had three offers - two above list price. While my neighbors struggle over 15 months with four realtors to sell his home, Ann and Pam hit the target price and appropriate buyer in three days.
