Having worked with Felix twice previously -- once as a prospective buyer in 2017, and once as a seller in late 2018-early 2019 -- when the need arose in 2020 to work with a Realtor again, I did not hesitate to reach out to Felix a third time. Felix brings a strong sense of business ethics along with both a breadth and depth of knowledge to the buying and selling process, as he calmly navigates the many twists and turns that inevitably arise along the way. Despite the restrictions required for Covid-19, with patience, we still managed to get a solid offer and closed on the sale. He made good recommendations for weathering the pandemic "storm." The virtual open house on Facebook Live demonstrated Felix's solid command of home styles and buyer tastes. A friend was recently speculating about selling a home and made reference to placing a call to Felix -- I wasn't even asked to make a recommendation explicitly; just casual conversation made clear that I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Mr. Cinquegrano was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely detail oriented and worked on the sale seven days a week until it the sale was closed. Even after the sale, Mr. Cinquegrano kept working to make sure that all of the seller's promises were kept.
