I wanted to let you know about Linda Mazner. She is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable sales agent. My home sold in 14 days, at the start of COVID. She was calm and answered every question I had during this transition. It was very unique because of the COVID. With that said, my sale was a smooth as possible. We first met Judy Nimz a number of years ago when we visited Sarasota with friends and were doing some preliminary plans for our then future retirement in Florida. Over the next few years, on subsequent visits we would call Judy and ask if she would help us look for a home. We were upfront with her, shared that we didn't know exactly when we would or could make the move from Ohio to Florida - we just knew that we would...someday. As we searched for just the right location and home Judy provided first rate service. We never felt pressured to move more quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable and organized, and always returns phones calls or text messages promptly. When we visited this past spring, just before the Corona virus outbreak, we found the perfect home for us. In fact, we nailed it. Any move is a daunting task, but can you imagine one during a pandemic? With Judy's assistance it went so smoothly! We are now enjoying settling in to our home, its lanai, and the beautiful palm and fruit trees in our yard. My husband and I purchased our condo at The Tower Residence in 2003, and from thattime until we sold, May 2017, we have known Beth and Joan to be focusedon/dedicated to selling the residences at The Ritz Carlton. In short, there is no onemore knowledgeable about the property, no one with a better understanding of how bestto market the property and no one more committed to selling the property. Unlike many realtors we have dealt with, Joan and Beth do not delegate, but rather personally and conscientiously handle every aspect of their listings; from photos of the property through final walk through and closing they are on site. Finally, a benefit for you if you will not be in Florida while the property is on the market, Beth and Joan are on site, know the on-site support staff as well as people who haveworked on units at The Ritz and will gladly coordinate access to your property in your absence should issues arise.
