Rod Underdahl is an exceptional realtor. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate transactions and is familiar with Sarasota and the surrounding areas. He previewed many homes for me and guided me through offers on several properties. Due to various circumstances including the pandemic that we are experiencing, I have not yet had the opportunity to move into my new home. Originally Rob was taking care of us, looking for an apartment on Longboat Key. When he, unfortunately, fell ill, Michael took over. We had a lot of interaction because of two prospects not going the right way. As a matter of fact on one we had already a contract signed between the seller and us. Still, the seller wanted to have a way out and used the Coronavirus as an excuse. It was a great place. We were told, if we would insist, we would have to go to arbitration and later could go through the court system. Who wants that? So we agreed to let it go. The seller released our deposit and paid some of our expenses in conjunction with this matter. All along Michael was there. Assisting with advise and suggestions. Soon thereafter a new prospect came on the market. An even better, larger place in an outstanding building. Michael was there all the way! From arranging the initial viewing to the contract signing, the walk through and closing. We could not be happier with Rob and Michael!!!!

I wish I was able to click more stars because JJ deserves them all. My husband and I have purchased many homes over the years and our experience with JJ was second to none. She was knowledgeable, honest, highly experienced, available and an all-around pleasure to work with. We were having an issue with scheduling the closing on the sale of the home we were selling and could not reach the broker handling that sale. When we called JJ for advice she jumped right in and took care of the business at hand. We love the home JJ found for us and can’t wait to have her over for dinner!

Unfortunately, during these unprecedented times, real estate has been one of the most affected sectors of our economy; yet Beverly is using social media and every other tool available to her to market my home .
