My fiance and I purchased 2 investment units 6 months a part from each other in Sarasota with a help of Amy. She didn't came through a recommendation , we found her on Zillow and took a chance to work with her. From day 1, she came across very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We were most impressed with her lightning fast response and follow through. I can't say enough great things about her. She is a person whom will go above and beyond. Maurice and Lin are the best real estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Having been an agent myself in Sarasota, and having dealt with many other agents in the area, I truly feel Maurice and Lin are the cream of the crop and second to none. Their communication, attention to detail and overall care of our listing made us feel like family not just a client. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10!!

We had an excellent experience working with Maurice Menager and Lin Dunn. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding the current market conditions and on top pf all potential issues. Team Dunn goes above and beyond with their services adding extra value for sellers. In our condo, they helped us figure out small fixes to present the property better and liaised with the condo board for us. We were in the stressful process of relocating out of state and they did everything they could to make our sale process smooth for us. We are very grateful for their expertise and high service level. We will use them again in the future.

I have had the opportunity to work on several closings with Leah. She has been a consummate professional. I have observed her navigate through some difficult transactions while constantly maintaining her professionalism and composure. Anyone buying or selling is in excellent hands with Leah. As a real estate lawyer, I work with many Realtors and each of my experiences with Leah have been positive and I have watched her serve her customers very well. I would gladly recommend her to friends and family.

Angela Lista made our home buying experience one to remember as smooth and enjoyable. She listened to our needs and wishes. Angela was with us not only through the sale but after she followed up to be assured we were happy with the property and "is there anything else that you need me to follow up with". We could not say anything more positive about her. She was awesome from start to finish. Put Angela on your team for hassle free experience. Anyone can sell a property, Angela sells first class service with a property attached.

He understood our special needs and priorities and helped us find the perfect home in Lakewood Ranch within our tight ideal timelines. We sold our condo and bought our new home on the same day. These successes are remarkable under any circumstances, yet Ray accomplished these even as the world was changing from COVID- 19. Unfailingly responsive, he gave us great personal attention. Rebecca Milbank and The Milbank Team were such a delight to work with! Rebecca provided exemplary service and I would and have recommended her to my family and friends. Our interactions started with Rebecca via the Lakewood Ranch Mums Group. I initially wrote a message on the page saying “My family is relocating to the area and would like to know a little about the schools, family communities etc etc”. I received several messages, but Rebecca wrote from a fellow mum perspective, she was extremely genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and unbelievably responsive (sending multiple messages past midnight) and she always responds to my messages or calls so promptly! After just a few conversations Rebecca had a very good idea of what we wanted and she showed us several communities that had the family feel we were looking for. After pretty much the second day of looking at houses Rebecca found the house we ended up buying, we put in an offer without actually seeing the property in person (only via FaceTime) which goes to show the trust we have working with Rebecca. Throughout the whole looking/offer/closing process Rebecca consistently provided great insight and information which we were truly grateful for!! Rebecca was right there by our side walking us through the process. I continue to keep in touch and ask Rebecca random questions periodically and she always provides me with an accurate and informative answers, what more could we ask for! Thank you Rebecca and Toma we really appreciate everything you did for us!!
