Laura was very professional throughout the entire selling process; she had a valid strategy for pricing the house we had to sell (my Mother's after she passed), gave great advice on how best to prep the house, how to describe it (both as possible teardown as well as a renovation). She was also instrumental in helping guide us on the initial listing price which actually prompted a bidding war which otherwise likely would not have occurred.
