We recently sold our family home in Sarasota, Florida, with the professional assistance of Leslie Emery and Aaron Corr. We currently live in Perth, Western Australia, so the sale of our home involved many unique challenges due to the 13-hour time difference, and the fact that it was not physically possible for us to return to the U.S. at any time during this process. We relied heavily on Leslie and Aaron to manage the preparation of our home for sale, and no job was too big or too complicated for them. The duo managed all logistics related to scheduling and coordinating access to our home for contractors and a variety of service/repair professionals.

Toni was a godsend. After recently losing a parent and having to sell a house full of memories, Toni was there for our family not only as a friend but a realtor looking out for our best interests. My husband and I are in our mid-twenties, and this was our first home purchase. To say we were clueless and stressed about the entire process would be an understatement! We decided to hire Kristen, as she had just worked with my parents, Frank and Kelli Loftus. Kristen made the experience exciting, and we were completely at ease knowing that she had everything covered. We truly felt as though she had taken us under her wing as first-time home buyers. She had done extensive research on each of the properties we wanted to look at, and she was answering our questions before we even had the chance to ask them. She stayed in constant contact with the seller and made sure that all repairs were done timely. On closing day, she also presented us with a huge housewarming basket. Kristen couldn’t have been more classy and professional, and my husband and I are so grateful for her! We’ll continue to refer her to all of our friends and family!
