We randomly met Joanne last winter, and we were so lucky. After looking at 3 houses, she knew exactly what we wanted and led us in that direction. We loved what she showed us, our personalities clicked, and we ended up building. When we headed back north at the end of April, ground had not been broken. When we came back to FL, almost 2 weeks ago, it was for the closing. We did not come down once during the building process, but Joanne and Jim sent weekly pictures and emailed or texted us with updates. Without them, we would have had to make numerous trips to check on the process. During the walk throughs, they both pointed out things that we might have missed. They were a great sounding board throughout this whole operation. We can't say enough good things about these two and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house.

We just moved in to our new home and I want to thank Sandi Dietrich, our realtor, for the fantastic job she did in selling our old house and helping us to find the new home. She is friendly, professional, thorough and extremely good at managing even the smallest detail . Not only did Sandi find our new house but she was instrumental in finding a contractor for the renovations we wanted to do .
