I believe Ken Walker is a very knowledgeable man when it comes to real estate. When I decided to sell my business, Ken told me it would take approximately 9 months. My business was unique and not a Mom and Pop store or general variety type. But he did exactly what he said and he found a buyer in 9 months! Ken is thorough and knows the real estate business. If it wasn’t for Sandi, we do not know how we would have gotten through the “flip flopping” and indecisiveness of the buyers. I had my home for sale for 2 years with no results. Linda Carlstrom took over and not only did she give me excellent advise on what had to be done to sell it, she sold my home in 3 days FULL PRICE with a back-up offer. I can not say enough about the pleasant experience I had with this honest, approachable, down-to earth realtor. She is by far the best and made this experience smooth, stress-free and pleasant.
