I have personally known Maruta for almost 20 years and because of our enduring friendship, when it came to my family choosing a realtor, she was our one and only choice. Over the years we have all had varied experiences with realtors and our choice of Maruta proved to be an outstanding one comparable to no other. We listed our condo at Longbeach Condominiums on Longboat Key with Maruta in the beginning of April and two weeks later on the fifteenth of April, left her in complete charge while we moved to Portland, Maine. She immediately took over all of the responsibilities of marketing the condo in our absence and kept in touch with us on an almost daily basis. Her diligence in initially helping us packing out, then staging the condo, photographing it, supervising all the needed repairs, working with the condo association representatives, the purchasing agent, and most of all her personal concern for our property, resulted in a sale that culminated this past week. Her suggested offering price was spot on and negotiations between us and the buyer that she handled so efficiently were minimal and successfully orchestrated to everyone's satisfaction. I could go on and on about our appreciation of the capabilities of Maruta Miluns. Suffice it to say, she is an outstanding realtor serving in all that the Michael Saunders & Company represents in the real estate market. In my estimation she is "top shelf" and I will be forever grateful for what she accomplished for us in selling our property.

I very recently worked with both Lori and Debra for the purchase of my condo. I relocated here for work from Indiana and had no idea of what area I wanted to reside in or exactly what I was looking for. I also had the stress of starting a new position as a manager, besides being away from friends and family. Both Debra and Lori made me feel like family. They were patient, helpful and absolutely kept me from losing my mind during the process. I could not have survived the last couple of months without their help. They both went above and beyond their normal scope of practice to take excellent care of me. I would not hesitate for a moment to work with them again and will refer others to them any chance I get. Beverley St Hilaire was our realtor and she was extremely professional and ensured we received a very positive experience. We would not hesitate to call upon her again. My husband and I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had purchasing our new home with the assistance of Steve and Maureen. They were thorough and professional throughout the entire process, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We found out only after the fact of how challenging the seller was to work with at times, but we had no idea through the process. I believe that was to assist in making this transaction as stress-free as possible for us, and we are incredibly grateful for their professionalism. My husband, Paul, and I recently purchased a house in the Villas of Somerset neighbor at Plantation GCC.Bambi Utton was our realtor, who not only did a very professional job in completing our purchase, she also became a friend!Bambi and her husband, Ford, helped us move some of our boxes as they knew we had a timeline to honor. Dede did a wonderful job selling my Mother's house in Sorrento East. She priced the house well for a quick sale. It sold in a month. Dede dealt with difficult buyers, managed to keep us calm and closed the deal. She recognized a fraudulent termite report, saving us a lot of money. I have purchased one house and sold two with her help. Dede makes buying and selling houses stress-free.

"All I can say is that Cecile made the purchase of my condo on Longboat Key as smooth as I could have imagined. I had total confidence that she was on top of every last detail. She was in frequent communication with me, advising me of my choices, but letting me be the one to make the decisions. I knew with Cecile's background in marketing and eye for design, she was giving me sound advice on how to make this condo work for me. And her partner (and husband) John's background in banking assured me that all things financial were in good hands. Along with their qualifications, Cecile and John are the nicest people to work with. They take time with you and make you feel like you are their only client. They made the whole process stress-free (well, as stress-free as a big purchase can be). Cecile's recommendations of outside parties (for mortgage, insurance, title services, etc.) were wonderful. My husband and I recently purchased and sold a home with the help of Stacy Haas. I wanted to let you know that we had a great experience with both transactions. Stacy was very professional, and I was impressed with her negotiation skills. Stacy only showed us homes that met our requirements, she did waste our time and did not rush us into a home that was not right for us. I felt that she was honest and helpful in comparing the homes we viewed during our search. She was also quick to give us tips on getting our existing home ready to put on the market. Our home sold quickly and both closings went smoothly. We thank Stacy for her assistance and plan to call on her again should we need a realtor in the future.

We recently purchased a home with the help of Debbie Capobianco. Debbie worked with us for over a year to help us relocate from Long Island to Lakewood Ranch. We saw numerous properties during this time and appreciate her patience! She finally found the right home for us and we're very satisfied with our choice.
