Tina is by far the most professional and dedicated salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Tina sold my $869,000 house in Lakewood Ranch in 1 day. It never made it to MLS. All I can say is that Cecile made the purchase of my condo on Longboat Key as smooth as I could have imagined. I had total confidence that she was on top of every last detail. She was in frequent communication with me, advising me of my choices, but letting me be the one to make the decisions. I knew with Cecile's background in marketing and eye for design, she was giving me sound advice on how to make this condo work for me. And her partner (and husband) John's background in banking assured me that all things financial were in good hands. Along with their qualifications, Cecile and John are the nicest people to work with. They take time with you and make you feel like you are their only client. They made the whole process stress-free (well, as stress-free as a big purchase can be). Cecile's recommendations of outside parties (for mortgage, insurance, title services, etc.) were wonderful. In addition, everyone that I dealt with in the Michael Saunders office was professional and friendly. Monica is an outstanding realtor. It was a pleasure to work with such a friendly, personable, and professional individual. We lived more than two hours away from Sarasota, so we relied heavily on Monica to do things that a realtor normally may not do. Not only was Monica more than willing to go the extra mile for us, she also kept us up to date on a regular basis via telephone calls, face time, email, and text message.
