We feel so blessed to have had Janet Oberholtzer as our realtor when searching for our FL home! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Judge several years ago. She was amazing in every way. She helped us purchase a pre-construction condo in Sarasota. We told her we wanted to “flip” it, back in the days when flipping was very profitable. When we went to the settlement of our condo, the buyers were there to purchase it from us as soon as we had signed the papers to settle on it, the perfect flip! Debbie was very professional in every way. Her communications throughout the process were superb. Above all else, she is a super nice person and made buying a property fun.

Christy is terrific! She took time to really get to know me and my desires and needs and is very intelligent and competent--and charming! She knows the market and the city and area extremely well thanks to decades of professional experience and her own personal experience of living in the area. Christy has spent a lot of time searching and watching for homes and neighborhoods that match my wish list for which I am grateful--no hours wasted on looking at properties that don't come close.
