Joan was the best broker I have ever worked with. She is not afraid of work and will gladly go the extra mile to get the property sold. This is very important when the seller (me) is out of state. My past experiences with Florida brokers is "bad". Once there is a purchase and sale agreement, these people are long gone. Talk to my assistant, while they move on to the next victim! I selected Joan because she had several listings in the complex and I felt Michael Saunders was reputable. She also worked with my siblings on the transaction (no easy task) and they all have high praise for her. Thank you, Craig

She did a lot of advance preparation to find the best home in the best location for my needs.
