Over the past couple weeks, Useppa Property Company has assisted the new owners to acquire a property they've had their eyes on for some time. Ron is an amazing person and very experienced realtor. We live in Canada and he and the Michael Saunders team did a great job of making the process as painless as possible. Wow, am I glad I found George! Due to my husband's sudden illness and inability to travel it was left to me to return to Florida and sell our condo. A wonderful friend recommended George Kolar and I am so thankful. Feeling overwhelmed and anxious about having to accomplish everything in a week, George's advice was invaluable. Working with Tina is like working with a friend. From the first-time meeting her, I felt comfortable with sharing my thoughts and feelings that mean the most to me when finding a home. At times I could feel myself getting off track and stressed. Tina has a way of helping you get back on track and feel less stressed. We recently purchased our first home, something that can be very confusing if you don't know them ins and outs of the industry. Monica is truly amazing, making everything understandable and easy. She takes ALL the time necessary to make sure you are comfortable with the process. She knows all that right people in the industry which makes for an easy process. As far as her personality; you won't find a more caring and attentive person. She is really remarkable. I highly recommend her.

I was looking for property in the Sarasota County area and had the good fortune of meeting Todd Fisk and his wife Erica.
