We had a wonderful experience with all people at the agency in Siesta Key and specially with Mr Maurice Menager. He is very professionnal. He knows very well the market and was able to help us on all the aspects during our search for apartment. We also appreciated his availability, his seriousness and always with kindness. As we are French, it was not easy to understand specificities. He knew how to explain us all the important points, to answer all our questions and to help us for the contract. We would not have been able to find better team and we were always in confidence. Definitively, we’ll again want to work with him for our next purchase.

It would be hard to adequately state what a positive experience I had with Kristen during my home purchases and do it justice but I'll try. I could not have been more fortunate to have stumbled across Kristen when faced with the daunting task of moving clear across the country from the Seattle area. She was knowledgable, kind,gentle, professional and raised questions I had not considered. Her guidance and commitment was unwavering. Switching gears with me at any given time when we had a couple of disappointments in my attempt to purchase. I was so impressed with her knowledge of all of the small details,mechanics and attention to detail of the homes. This was not my first house purchase but took longer than usual as I had flown back and forth several times over the months. Kristen really listenedand genuinely cared about this very important purchase no matter how big or small and that was very clear to see. She was outstanding and I am only sorry I can't do it all over again. During one of life's most stressful times buying a house Kristen was nothing short of excellent and I will cherish the memories of the exceptional experience. Thank you so much!

As a former player personnel director for two NBA teams for 16 years in the NBA it was my job to draft players. Karen Brown would be a high draft choice, she is tireless worker, very knowledgeable, high character person, and although I was in Utah and the house located in Florida never had any trouble with communication with her. My home purchase is still in process but Kristy has been so efficient, so professional and so helpful, I am moved to publicly thank and recommend her even before we get to closing. I live in New Mexico and am purchasing a second home in the Sarasota. From the onset, Kristy has proven exceptional in ascertaining my needs and interests and referring only appropriate listings via her portal. Once a good candidate home was located, she was a great representative in negotiating price and, following contract, has been proactive and helpful in in arranging inspections and estimates for repairs (the sellers preferred to give a credit at closing vs taking care of things themselves). Her communication with the sellers through their realtor has been impeccable. Although we've not yet met in person I am very much looking forward to that opportunity.
