Our experience with Autumn has been nothing short of amazing. In 2017, we listed our home, only to have a change of heart. I had a great experience working with Laura Bennawy of Michael Saunders Real Estate and found her to be an exceptional real estate agent. I was an out-of-town seller and Laura was able to take charge of all that needed to be done to get the house sold. She knows the market well, she studied the neighborhood and priced the house correctly. We had 3 offers the very 1st day ... 2 full price!! I would definitely give Cynthia Ouellette Artale a 5 star rating. From a buyers standpoint she has gone out of her way to represent my interests. She has educated and supported me through my entire home buying experience. It is really nice to have someone you trust especially when you are doing much of your transactions from a distance.

If we could rate Dianne, Excellent plus plus plus we would to it. From the time we first met her three years ago at Michael Saunders & Company, she was the poster child for what an excellent real estate broker should be. She truly listened to what we had to say; she responded with probing and relevant questions; she was patient when she needed to be and assertive when it was required. She guided us through the complexities of purchasing a property in 2015 and the sale of a property in 2018 with care and persistence. Tammy is the best! Knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. Making a permanent move to Longboat Key with my dog was stressful, but Tammy kept me focused and found the perfect condo. When family kept arriving to view my new place before closing, she was always gracious to spend time showing them around. She was a wealth of information for this newcomer and I feel I’ve made a friend.
