Stuart was wonderful in getting us the right information and access to the houses we wanted to look at in our time frame, which was last minute. He dropped everything he was doing and worked us in his schedule and stayed up into the early morning hours to write up the contract to buy the house. I would recommend him to all

I recently hired Malihe Karimi to sell my condo at Sutton Place on Longboat Key. I am happy to let you know how impressed I am with her handling of this very successful sale. Ms. Karimi is highly professional, creative, and motivated to sell a property. She is also, very kind, cheerful, and respectful of the people with whom she is involved. I could not be more impressed with her assistance. Especially, I have a disability, Fibromyalgia; and she demonstrated appropriate patience and concern for my personal needs. Please know, I have dealt with realtors a number of times throughout my life - I am 72 years old. Malihe is the most outstanding of all of them. Doug Parks is the consummate professional real estate agent. He not only knows his market extremely well, but he also is trustworthy and very likeable. To me those are three of the most important attributes of a salesperson (someone I like, someone I trust, and someone that can deliver the best market information to me). During the course of buying two properties from Doug over the past 4 years, he has not only become my exclusive real estate agent, but he has become a very good friend! Our journey began when I called about a home for sale at Burnt Store Marina and Sue was the individual that returned my call from Michael Saunders. I talked with Sue and told her that we planned to rent a condo for a week in Burnt Store Marina and during our vacation we wanted to look at properties in BSM, Venice and Punta Gorda. I was extremely impressed with Sue's outstanding customer service. She always replied to my calls and emails within 24 hours, usually sooner. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. (We looked at 19 properties). She truly went the extra mile and in talking to her about her career I could tell that "going the extra mile" is the norm for this highly dedicated woman. My husband and I are from CT so it was a bit of a daunting task to purchase from out of state. Sue and Ken made the transaction go very smoothly. It is evident that Sue truly cares for her clients and I appreciated how she educated us on "Florida Life" such as the importance of the orientation of the lanai, finding a trusted home management company, and other important details. Sue was organized, very patient, with strong attention to detail. She told us at the end of our house hunting journey that we had "just joined the Michael Saunders family." She explained that their business is focused on being there as a resource or helping hand even after the sale is completed. This has been evident as she has been very supportive in answering our questions after closing about the community, referring us to a long list of service providers/resources and genuinely "being there." The bottom line can be summed up in a quote from my husband...."Sue was by far, the best realtor I have ever worked with in my life."

Janis Collier and her husband Ron Collier (lawyer) provided us the best possible service we could have imagined for the successful sale of our house in Sarasota, Florida. If she is not available right at the moment you can be sure she will get back to you. Works with you to solve all problems, provides practical advice, good recommendations. Superb marketing and excellent presentation of our home, strong internet presence including providing top quality photographs and online video tour. Janice is a high quality real estate professional that loves what she does, is nice to deal with, sense of humor, good taste, excellent negotiator and always a positive problem solver.
