This was my and my husband's first home buying experience and it was a great one! My wife and I recently purchased a condo in Pine Bay Forest in west Bradenton and Toni expertly led us all the way through the process. She was our agent when we were "just looking" and patiently (and cheerfully) showed us properties in our range. When we decided we were really ready, everything happened in just a little over a month. We're first-time buyers and the whole process — from the offer to the closing — went without a hitch. This had everything to do with our agent — and also who our agent recommended for the various tasks that need taking care of along the way.

Kelly was an absolutely phenomenal realtor to work with! Being first time home buyers, there is, what seems to be, an unending amount of information to know! Kelly was patient and took the time to explain the entire process to us. She is extremely knowledgeable about not only the industry but specifically the Sarasota county market. Being the ultimate professional she was prompt in all communication which is important when dealing with time sensitive decisions. In a market where there are many talented people to chose from, Kelly stands head and shoulders above the rest! Jonathan Abrams was the perfect real estate agent for our needs! He had a good understanding of the local housing market and combined that knowledge with the details he learned about what was important to us. The end result was that we purchased the perfect house, and even felt like we got it for a good price! Jonathan has an engaging personality. He’s hard working and very responsive. He maintained the right level of contact, ranging from constant feedback when we were in town house shopping, to backing off and giving us time to reflect and plan our next moves when we returned home. Jonathan used a variety of texts, emails and calls as appropriate to communicate, depending on our availability and his own time considerations. Jonathan has integrity! He was always honest and never gave us any reason to doubt he was being forthright and working in our best interest. At the same time, he demonstrated respect for the other agents and the sellers we encountered along the way. Jonathan is principled and a hard worker. He would hustle to get appointments scheduled in order to make the most of our time in town. As a retired mortgage banker, my husband has had many, many years of experience working closely with real estate professionals. At first meeting, it was only natural that we would wonder how Jonathan would measure up, considering some of these people had been in the business for 30+ years. Kathy knows exactly what she's doing! My house was listed, shown numerous times, publicized in many ways, and SOLD in two months! The first realtor I chose was not nearly as proactive and didn't get the job done in nine months. Kathy is a true professional!
