Joanna was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was patient and is truly an expert on her market area! She took the time helping us to understand the market so we would know the best area to fit our needs. Searching for a home while living out of state is not easy but Joanna made every step of the purchase process easy! Terri exceeded our expectations when it comes to Realtor capabilities and service! We were searching a for a second home in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, as we are currently NYS residents. Terri is very well versed on the region and she spent hours driving us around to learn the various communities. We looked at dozens of homes to find just the right one one. She helped us negotiate a very fair price-but the best part about Terri's service was her expertise in the how the buying process works and her follow through right until closing. We bought an "almost finished" new build in Lakewood Ranch, and Terri navigated through the various walk-thrus, and worked to complete a punch list for the builder. Terri really went went above and beyond her responsibilities, making our buying experience the best it could be! I have already recommended Terri to a friend looking in the same area. I have never encountered a realtor that was so energetic, outgoing and went the extra mile like Reatha Valera! She treated the sale of my mother's home like it was a million dollar property. Reatha contacted a handyman to fix some interior imperfections in the house. She stage the house and even brought her own plants to make the patio stand out. Reatha even cleaned the windows in the sun room to make it look more appealing to clients. Reatha and I talked regularly regarding the property and different strategies to sell the house. I felt like we were friends during the whole process and I feel like I made a friend for life. I forgot to say that I was in North Carolina the whole time and met Reatha after the sale of the house was pending. Long story short, she is AWESOME!!
