Thank goodness I chose to work with Kaitlin to purchase my home. She is a true professional and was patient as I looked at many homes to determine exactly what I wanted. She listened to me and showed me the kind of homes in which I was interested. After viewing many homes, I started a contract to purchase a home and met with many obstacles from the seller. Because of her vast knowledge of buying and selling within Florida guidelines, Kaitlin was able to help me every step of way to extract myself from a purchase that I probably would have regretted. After that, she patiently showed me more homes and I eventually purchased a home that I truly love. She definitely went the extra mile to answer all my questions about the responsibilities of the owner and seller. She was very thoughtful and thorough about every detail to make me feel comfortable. I had been wanting to buy a home for some time before I met Joe Boerner. I had seen many homes but could never find the right one. I felt as though I was wandering around in the dark without a clue. That's when I asked Joe if he would be willing to show me some properties. In the first week, I saw more homes than I had in the entire previous year. Every single one met with my needs and wants; even though I felt I was being a little too specific. That didn't seem to bother him in the least. He was relentless and would not allow me to get discouraged. "The right house for you is out there!", he would say. As a first time home buyer, I needed that reassurance. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He never gave up until we found my dream home. My first home. I'm sure everyone remembers their first home, but I bet a lot of people don't remember their first realtor. I wouldn't have been able to get through any of it without Joe. This is Misty Raines, she was our Realtor for the sale of our property in Port Charlotte. It was a bit of a crazy sale as the 1st accepted offer didn't go thru after the bank appraisal, plus I had accepted to put the buyer in the home as a tenant because we never saw any reason for the sale to NOT go thru. Well, mud on my face :( Sale collapsed but Misty kept her head up high, ethics galore and kept me from kicking butt. Then as the one sale collapsed, within 24 hours another offer came in and we accepted it. This went the distance. Misty worked her magic even tho this sale was for a smaller sale. Never once did we feel her 200% wasn't in our interest. She was fabulous and we would recommend her to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
