My wife Sarah and I had been looking at real estate on and off for a few years and renting in the meantime. We got to know Krista at Michael Saunders who immediately understood that we were not just tire kickers but we were still developing our ideas about neighborhood, communities and sized and shape of house we were interested in. Krista was super brisk and efficient setting up appointments and was immediately responsive by phone or email. Never aggressive, just pleasant and enthusiastic. Once we intended to make an offer, Krista, her teammate Johns and the resources of Michael Saunders really kicked in. Offer and counters were handled quickly, the deal was struck and on a very short timetable, Krista and Johns set up various inspections, got original floor plans, arranged a survey, helped with insurance ideas and found several contractors willing to to help us estimate the costs of the few repairs we needed to make. We had a great experience with Tina. She will make your transaction a breeze. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, timely and goes above and beyond to help you through this experience. Of course we've bugged her after the transaction for referrals and odds and ends, and she has been very patient and helpful considering all that as a part of the service.
