What can I say Judy Nimz is the best realtor ever and I should know as I just sold my 8th home - thanks to Judy. She was certainly the best! Judy is very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was very helpful and straight forward with me on the sale of my home. Carolyn is always spot on. I never had to wait or wonder about anything. She’s old school professional and knows everybody. The offer that came has a great “I can’t believe it!” story that I will tell for years to come! Also, the fastest closing I’ve ever had. Carolyn is the best!
