Jim was an unmitigated delight to work with! He understood from the first minute our needs and desires for the home we were looking for. He never wasted our time by showing us "dogs" i.e.totally inappropriate houses. Although we are thoroughly at home in the house we finally selected Jim showed us a number of other choices that were very appropriate too. It was so nice to have numerous possibilities! Joan has gone above and beyond to help us in our purchase of our retirement home in Venice. From our initial meeting until even after we closed, she has made the process seamless and enjoyable. Barbara totally restored my faith in realtors. Being in the construction/design industry, I have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years. Many have been great, but I have seen more than my share of realtors that I felt did not enhance the experience and often had little knowledge of the product or best approach to the process. Barbara handled every bit of our relationship and her approach to the task with acumen, experience, care, empathy, and, best of all seemed to literally take care of all aspects of the process. I could not have had a better experience and feel she was invaluable to our final outcome.

I am sorry I did not fill this out sooner but, I have been contending with many unforeseen issues. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Deborah. My wife and I recently purchased a vacation home on AMI and was represented by Laura Rulon with Michael Saunders Realty. Our paths crossed quite by coincidence, meeting Laura at an open house on the island. We were immediately impressed with Laura, her enthusiasm and passion in assisting with the search for our vacation home was over the top. My husband and I can not praise Jim McElhinney enough. He helped us look for a condo for almost three years. He would meet us at a destination and be 100% prepared for the viewing of four to eight properties. He has a great personality and an infectious laugh and he made our searching as pleasant as it could have possibly been.
