This is 6 years overdue, but never too late to add my comments to those above. They pretty much covered all of Terri's qualities as a wonderful Real Estate agent. I met Terri 9 years ago while she held an open house and for the next 3 years I looked at various houses and would consult with Terri to accompany me for viewing. March 2011 I finally purchased my Condo/Villa . Terri was all that has been stated above . not to mention her unbelievable Patience with me and the process. Fast forward to this current year, 2017, when Terri helped me sell a Condo for which I was the Executrix. It was a grueling process for me to rid the Condo of the contents and prepare it for sale. Terri was with me all the way and secured a wonderful contract. Can't say enough of Terri and all her diligence, cheerfulness , and attention to detail. She kept me informed constantly and the closing went smoothly. I can't say enough about Terri except if everyone employs her , she won't have a life to call her own!! She is a valuable asset to your company and you are lucky to have her.

Deborah is a sharp realtor. She is experienced and was most helpful in Helping us pick a community in Sarasota. She was always available to talk us through the process. I would certainly use her again.

Deborah is a polished professional in what is a very difficult industry. What I like about her best is how well she operates under pressure, she has the unique ability to keep things moving forward and keep things positive. And I've never met anyone so responsive and communicative. She always acknowledges emails, texts, and calls (this has not been the case with other RE agents I've worked with). She's also a very skilled negotiator as well as someone who helps you define and stay focused on your personal housing wants and needs. She consistently goes above and beyond, a rarity. She listens well, confirms understanding and works hard to fulfill your housing wants and has a great sense of humor! Helpful when the going gets stressful, which in real estate, when doesn't it?

Very knowledgeable and sincere. Tom has a unique approach to the business with concern and care. Tom has no boundries in care and concern for his clients. Its more than business it is a genuine care for the needs of his clients. With Tom, you just dont need to worry. Wouldn't dream of anyone else handling my needs.

Autumn went above and beyond any other realtor that we have used. She answers texts, emails and phone calls promptly. If she doesn't know an answer she will find out. We highly recommend Autumn and will be recommending her to my sister when she moves to the Bradenton area.
