Camille was great. I cannot say enough positive things about her. Camille was always available, responsive and concerned that our needs, wants and concerns were met. My wife Sarah and I had been looking at real estate on and off for a few years and renting in the meantime. We got to know Krista at Michael Saunders who immediately understood that we were not just tire kickers but we were still developing our ideas about neighborhood, communities and sized and shape of house we were interested in. Krista was super brisk and efficient setting up appointments and was immediately responsive by phone or email. Never aggressive, just pleasant and enthusiastic. Once we intended to make an offer, Krista, her teammate Johns and the resources of Michael Saunders really kicked in. Offer and counters were handled quickly, the deal was struck and on a very short timetable, Krista and Johns set up various inspections, got original floor plans, arranged a survey, helped with insurance ideas and found several contractors willing to to help us estimate the costs of the few repairs we needed to make. It is a pleasure for my wife and I to write a testimonial about our professional experience with Janie Vaughan helping us finding a property in Boca Grande. Janie was extremely helpful both before and after the closing. It is very important to us to have people in a professional capacity return our telephone calls in a timely fashion. Janie did so on every occasion no matter what the time or day and did so cheerfully. Working with Janie was a pleasure given her personality and commitment to her work. If she didn't know the answer to one of our many questions she got us the answer quickly. Sometimes buying real estate can be stressful especially 1,500 miles from our other home. Janie connected us to other professionals needed to complete a closing such as insurance agents, movers, electricians, etc. She knows a great many people which made our ability to meet vendors very easy. She and the seller's agent got along very well each acting ethically and respectfully. Following our closing Janie continued to answer our calls when we were trying to furnish our new home.
