My 95 year old Dad and I hired Karen Brown last year to help sell their family home as they downsized into an assisted living facility. Karen immediately became a trusted friend and real estate expert who guided us through the process of selling both the home and some additional properties. My dad passed away before the house sold but he would be proud of the integrity and astute business acumen that Karen always exuded on his behalf. My family and I decided to move from New Jersey to Bradenton to be near my husband's parents. I was looking for a real estate agent who could put up with my very demanding and fast paced personality. Debbie did not disappoint, she made me feel like I was her only client. She answered all of my questions in a super timely manner, she was truly always on it. She also made the buying process as smooth and as stress free as possible with us looking from New Jersey and not being able to get to Florida to see the homes in person. The details and videos she provided when showing us homes made us feel like we were doing the walk-throughs in person. I can't say enough about our experience, it was an extremely positive one and I'm grateful I have had the chance to work with Debbie. I highly recommend!!!

Eileen is a very bright, caring, and talented individual. I have known her for many years before she relocated to Longboat key. We have mutual friends in the Philadelphia area where we both used to live before moving to Sarasota. Being a practicing psychologist for over 20 years, she certainly has the skills for dealing with people and understanding their needs. I know that she and her husband have owned numerous homes and have also been involved for many years with buying, rehabbing, and selling homes. So, she of course has excellent knowledge and experience. She clearly knows what is involved in successfully buying and selling homes. I have no doubt that she will provide superior representation to anyone trying to buy or sell their home.

I give Eileen Gillen 5 stars. She is a hard working, warm, compassionate person who takes the time to listen to everyone. Being in the business of flipping homes for several years, she offers experience, understanding and consequential, practical knowledge of the real estate industry. She takes her responsibilities seriously and would make a great working partner in either the sale or purchase of a home!

I've known Eileen Gillen since she moved to Longboat several years ago. Because of her warmth, friendliness and outgoing personality she has become one of my friends.
