I have had numerous real estate transactions in recent years, and those done with Matt have been superb. As an outsider, his knowledge of the local area (Sarasota/Bradenton) is priceless. His advice on neighborhoods, service providers, etc. is always right on target. Better yet, I trust him enough to handle the details, that I don't need to fly to Florida to handle closings, etc. I'm completely comfortable knowing that Matt has my back.

Matt Cannon is a wonderful realtor. He was patient, kind, understanding, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the real estate business. He kept us up-to-date and answered all of our questions. Matt went above and beyond in helping us purchase our new house. This is our 4th home purchase and he is the best realtor we've ever worked with. We highly recommend Matt Cannon as he is an excellent real estate agent.

After researching heavily to find the best realtor in my area, I landed on Matt. I needed someone with excellence in every area because I was selling my vacation home and needed to be able to trust a realtor to handle this process while I was living in another state. (I had a very bad experience with a dishonest realtor who acted illegally previously and cost me thousands). Matt was very responsive to all of my questions and couldn't do enough to help me. He really went out of his way to make this process easier and run smoothly. Anyone can list your home but it takes a real pro to market the property, attract the right buyers, negotiate the deal and then close it seamlessly. Matt did this! I highly recommend him

Good job Bobbie!!! Sometimes all of the skills of a professional Realtor have to come into play to bring the seller and buyer together to finalize a good deal for both parties. Your knowledge of Longboat Key and the Sarasota area, as a team member of Michael Saunders and Co. made this deal happen. Most important were your skills as a mediator between the seller and buyer that made everyone more comfortable and thus complete the transaction. I am very proud that you represented me and will use you to help me find the right condo when, hopefully, I return to Longboat Key. Keep doing the good work

My husband Gregg and I just wanted to share how much we appreciate the service we received from Ms. Amy Chapman on our recent sale of our home and then purchase of a villa. From the first meeting with her, we sensed her competency and excellent service skills.Amy listened to our concerns and needs as she very professionally guided us through the process. She gave excellent advice on what to remodel and how to stage our home. We believe her support helped to sell our home in one day for a great contract price! It amazed me how quickly she responded to any questions we had via phone or email. I teased her several times that just because I am a night owl and send late night emails, I didn’t expect an answer until the next day or so. But Amy’s style is to provide quick customer service and she always responded promptly. Amy truly had our interests at heart during the contract negotiations and walk-thru. We highly recommend her.

Stacy takes such good care of her clients. But she also treats , in this case, the buyers , (or people on the other side of the table) with the same care and professionalism as she does her clients. She is the best.
