Where do I even begin! My company relocated their HQ down to Sarasota, & my CEO highly suggested we use Nicole for our relocation from NJ to FL. We are SO thankful we did!!! We flew down to find a home in one short weekend. We had so many homes we wanted to see, & b/c of Nicole we saw them ALL! We met her at the office, hopped in her car & she drove us to every single home. She prepared snacks & drinks for us to keep our energy up while we searched for the perfect home! She guided us through each home, & informed us of SO many things about the area...the schools...the community & the amazing town we chose to live in. After we found our dream home, Nicole was right there educating us on the process (first time buyers!) from putting in the offer, creating the contract, thoroughly explaining the next steps, & most importantly making sure we always understood what was going on with the process. She is a wealth of knowledge!!! Throughout the whole process, Nicole was on top of everything that we needed to get done! It was SO refreshing to work with her! We had the opportunity to meet with Stuart Lawrence at the Michael Saunders Lakewood Ranch main office. I was impressed with his depth of real estate knowledge and the range of questions we were asked in order for him to create a portfolio of condos that we would like to view. From our first telephone call with Kevin Mackin to looking at properties, through closing in your Englewood office, to Mr. Mackin's follow-up service and kindnesses; our professional relationship with your office has been superb. As a lawyer and judge, I dealt with many real estate professionals. Bar none, Mr. Mackin is the best real estate professional we have ever seen. We were very pleased with Miriam Pearson for her expertise and dedication as we had been very particular about the layout of our home and price range. She understood quickly what we envisioned and she is a good listener. She answered our questions and helped us quickly with the paperwork and patiently helped us through the process. We could not be more pleased with the support we recieved from Ann DeBellevue.
