Our recent home sale and purchase of another was made easy by Terri. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient too. This was our second interaction with Jennifer. Based on our previous experience, there was no doubt as to who I was going to rely on to guide us through the uncertain Florida real estate market. I contacted Jennifer and briefly discussed that we were ready to move up to a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. I was pleased that she remembered me, even though we hadn't spoken in a few years. We also discussed other amenities that were important to us. We agreed on a date to view potential homes. In the meantime, she provided extremely detailed information via email for us on all of the properties that she thought were a good fit. We met up on the agreed date and time, Jennifer showed us several properties. After viewing a few, it was obvious that she really was listening when we discussed what we were interested in. I could picture myself living in many of the homes. In the end, she provided us with an opportunity to buy our dream home, on time and under budget! She also assisted us with listing our current home. Her instincts and expertise were dead on. Our home was listed and sold in a matter of days. I'm certain that she would downplay this achievement. But, there is no doubt in my mind that her game plan was the reason for such a tremendous result. She was honest with her approach, and the results show that she her approach was correct. On a personal note, she is kind, considerate and it was extremely enjoyable working with her, as well as her team. she has a very talented staff, that worked relentlessly behind the scenes to ensure that every detail was correct.

If anyone had told me that working with a realtor could be so seamless I would have laughed. However, my experience with Ann was just that. She was a true professional in every sense of the word, going the extra mile whenever needed. NI would most definitely recommend her to anyone in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Our home sale with the Collier Group was the most pleasant and successful real estate experience we've ever had. Our home sold within 36 hours of listing, even before the "For Sale" sign went up. The entire process was superb, including the pre-listing conference, the professional photography, use of the internet, the property showings, interactions with buyers agents, and closing arrangements. The decades of Janis and Ron Collier's experience put us in good stead. Communication was excellent throughout the whole period. We couldn't have been more pleased.

We were most pleased with the outstanding service rendered by Tammy Kitt and Michelle Hupp. The ladies were most professional throughout this endeavor and always had our best interests in mind. The marketing was outstanding, their support invaluable, their courtesy and positive attitude exemplary. What might have been a most stressful situation resulted instead in a pleasant, positive experience. We greatly appreciate their hard work on our behalf. Debra has been nothing less than amazing. We have been working with Debra for three years having her help us find a home in southwest Florida. Throughout, she has been patient, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile (literally), and all the while providing us with important information about the local community. She had no way of knowing that we would ultimately purchase a property and yet she hung in there with us. learned our predilections, and kept looking. No pressure, just honest representation of properties we were looking at. We have appreciated her guidance, her professionalism and knowledge about the local community. We think she is just terrific. And we are closing in July!

It was a pleasure working with Genny! I've been doing mortgages for awhile now and for me client service is number #1! Genny worked hard to ensure there was always an open line of communication and available make sure our mutual client had a great experience. Could not have had a better person handling our sale. Ann made the whole process seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Genny during the buying process of my home. After being given the green light to select a property, Genny was there to assist. Genny really came through when the lender kept asking for additional documents. Genny has a calm, encouraging and helpful spirit. There were times when I was willing to throw the towel in, but with her expertise and her knowledge on the financial side Genny encouraged me to stay the course.
