Leah was so wonderful in helping me sell my recently deceased father's home. I felt that she always had my best interests at heart. It was a difficult personal experience, and Leah handled all the business aspects perfectly. She is very experienced and has all the contacts needed to make the selling process seamless. I would recommend Leah to anyone needing a real estate agent in the area.

I can't say enough great things about Sara. She is an amazing realtor. She is incredibly helpful, pays attention to detail, is timely and knowledgeable, always professional and she always goes the extra mile (or 100 miles!). Good day: I don't really know where to start with Allison. She is a wonderful lady. When I first met Allison, I was a bit apprehensive. Was I ever wrong. She found house after house for me to look at. Every time something went wrong, she would keep right on finding homes for me. When we finally found a keeper, She moved it forward, and was very professional how she did it. She is very aggressive and knows a tremendous lot about the real estate business. I can't begin to say enough great things about Allison. I hope to do another house in South West Florida. I will be coming to find Allison. She is so wonderful.

We had a large home with an attached apartment on a private road. The house had great curb appeal, it's just that no one drove by. We had it on and off the market over approximately five years. Hardly any showings. Finally, we listed it with Trish Chandler and she went to work! She communicated her professional recommendations, based on her vast knowledge of how to sell homes and we listened. It required quite a bit of participation, but she was totally right about the things she said. Trish contracted an excellent photographer and created beautiful printed marketing tools and got us out there on the web, as well. In a reasonable amount of time, Trish produced a full price buyer for our home. I cannot recommend her more highly.

We had a wonderful experience selling our house in Lakewood Ranch - Stuart's attention to detail is like nothing I have ever experienced. As a Mortgage Originator, I have the opportunity to work closely with many realtors and I can say, Marybeth was an absolute joy to work with.
