When we think of Cheryl "AMAZING" is the best word that would describe her. We have worked with many realtors in the past but none of them can compare to Cheryl. Cheryl is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field but she is also very kind, patient, helpful, and honest. She doesn't try to sell you just any home to make a sale. She works closely with you to find the perfect home that fits your budget and lifestyle. We worked so closely with Cheryl that when we finally found our home, it was sad to depart from her. She became a part of family. We spent many evenings after work, on the weekends, and even during the holidays together looking at homes. She always made herself available. We were always able to get a hold of her either mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Not only that, but being at work all day long, it was hard for us to try to get things done. Cheryl was there to assist us with whatever we needed ( getting the paperwork to the lenders, researching roofing companies, setting up inspection, etc...). I can't recall my previous realtors going out of their way like Cheryl. Cheryl even drove to our offices and our son's soccer field to get some paperwork signed because we couldn't get to her. We just love Cheryl and we're sure you will too!

After being in Florida for a couple of years, we found an area that we wanted to live in. Since we had such a great experience with Cheryl on our relocation to Florida, there was no one else we wanted to work with again. Cheryl was so great to work with again. She is patient and puts a lot into finding you a home. Our move had a lot going on with it. We hadn't listed our current house to sell, we choose a For Sale by Owner, multiple closings within 24hrs and mishaps with our moving company. Cheryl was with us the entire day on moving day to make sure everything went well. She is top notch and if we move again, she will be our choice. Thank you Cheryl for all you did in helping us.

Jamie was wonderful. She had sold us a house and an investment property. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, goes beyond what most realtors would do, takes care of the smallest details and the list goes on! She was such a wonderful realtor who really was looking out for our best interests.

Recently I have bought the house of my dreams and it is Jane Ebury that I have to thank from the bottom of my heart. Working with her was the best experience I have had with a realtor. She found the house that I was looking for, negotiated the asking price, found lenders, inspectors, title companies and everything needed to close. She was always on top of things, giving the best advice and guiding me through the process. She knows every detail in this business, a truly professional that you don't find easily in these days. It is without a doubt that I would have not lived happily in this house today if it was not for Jane. She is very bright, quick thinking is one of her best qualities and she has a very natural way to make people feel comfortable, at ease. Not only that I bought the house but I also made a friend and Jane is the only agent that I will work with in all my future real estates endeavors.

Ellen was just the professional I was seeking. I wanted someone who was knowledgeable and serious about her vocation. As expected from my first impressions, Ellen remained thorough and innovative and always on task. I appreciated her and her team's very quick responses to my inquires while our home was on the market and under contract. I needed someone who was very motivated and self reliant as I lived out of state. I knew from the moment we met that she had those characteristics and she did not disappoint. All I really needed to do was not stand in her way and let her do her job!

Ron was extremely helpful to us in getting Mom's house ready to sell. The house hadn't been "lived in" for several years and we found many unexpected repairs that were needed. Ron was able to give us several suggestions on reliable, reasonable repair options. We also had a great deal of items to get rid of, as well as, cleaning to do. Ron, again, was so helpful suggesting the White Glove Goodwill Service and offered to have the house cleaned before listing it. His help continued once we left FL and came home. Ron coordinated the Goodwill pick up and the actual mover's picking up items being moved to Mom's home in WI. Then when the house went on the market, it sold in less than 48hrs due to Ron's commitment to get Mom's house sold for her. It's stressful enough having to break your home, go through cherished memories, pack, etc - but Ron made everything so easy! He also was an excellent communicator during the entire process. We would give him a 5 plus for the service he gave us.
