I want to let you know that Jennifer Calenda was the ultimate professional real estate agent. She was always prompt with any questions that I had during my listing period from start to finish. I also had the experience and knowledge of Rick Stewart with my listing. He was also very helpful with my listing. Together, they had open houses and had prompt feedback from each and every showing. Maruta Miluns was highly recommended to me as a diligent and professional real estate agent with an impeccable reputation and excellent track record in selling Longboat Key & Sarasota properties. Since I was especially interested in a purchase at the Whitney Beach Condominium Association located at the north end of Longboat Key, our relationship became a perfect match: Maruta had several listings at that particular condominium association, as well as, several additional listings located near-by. As a matter of fact, Maruta was referred to as the “Queen of Sales” at Whitney Beach Association. I must admit for a moment, I did wonder if Maruta, by having the responsibility of so many properties on her plate, would be able to provide adequate attention to find my perfect Longboat Key Gulf-front condo in a timely fashion and, of course, at a desired price. Any hesitations quickly dissolved. From our very first meeting, it became quite clear that although Maruta’s portfolio was extensive, she would be focused and driven to find that specific property that I would immediately “love” and connect with. Maruta’s passion, persistence, and commitment were overwhelmingly evident and provided me with the confidence and trust that my search for that special property was in the best hands possible.I am a mature, and must admit, emotional buyer who resides mostly in the northeast; thus I am unfamiliar with details of Florida real estate procedures.
