We worked with Nicole on two separate transactions and had an equally superb experience with both. Nicole is knowledgeable about the market, timely with her responses, professional in all of her interactions (with clients and other realtors), a just a very nice person to do business with. I've yet to see her without a smile on her face! Nicole first helped us purchase a new home. After looking at several homes, we took a short break and then she found "just the right one" for us- it had everything we said we were looking for. She made everything so easy for us from start to finish; it was a clean and straight-forward transaction. The sale of our existing was challenging due to new construction, but that did not deter Nicole. She was every bit as determined throughout the process and, frankly, kept us sane. She always had good ideas for what we could do to make our home more appealing to buyers, including helping us stage the home once we moved out of it. I have purchased two homes now with Doug leading the way. Both times he has gone above and beyond in every sense to make sure we had a great home buying experience. He has been such a pleasure to work with, was (and still is) extremely communicative - following up with us to make sure everything is still going smooth with our move. Doug truly values his integrity above all else, which seems to be very rare in this industry. Heather was excellent from start to finish. She started with a detailed presentation to convince us that she would do a great job as our "River Strand Realtor" - and she did. Heather communicated with us every step of the way. Heather was there for photographs, showings, open houses, appraisals, home inspections and the closing. Heather is enthusiastic, hard working, knowledgeable and professional. She sold our house in 10 days very close to list price. I would highly recommend Heather for anyone looking to sell their house.

Christine Del Monte has been my realtor for the past three months, and as a first time home buyer the experience was excellent. She brought to the table great experience and great resources.
