Janis came highly recommended to us from others that moved into the Sarasota/Bradenton area. We first met via telephone and email. $1 Million dollar house listed, acceptable offer in about 4 months from a cash buyer and closure with no real issues. This was all accomplished by a consummate professional; Kiley Riccardi.
