5 stars for sure! Joan is very knowledgeable, making good suggestions, taking time to explain every step thoroughly. It was a pleasure to deal with her! Now if we had to move again (but we won't) we would surely ask for Joan. She's our neighbor and we're still friends! Our house sold within 5 days at a very good price. Can't ask for anything more!

Joan is so easy to work with! Our house was sold within 5 days at a very good price. We were in constant contact, and she lined up all the inspections so that they could be done quickly and at our convenience. Nothing seemed to bother her. Always had time to answer our questions. When she made suggestions they were right on. If we had to move again, we certainly would have Joan (but this is our last move!) We hope all our neighborhood friends in Park Estates know what a treasure she is!

Being a Realtor in another state, I have set the bar (incredibly) high in my expectations. For my move to Sarasota, Heidi has exceeded those expectations working diligently and tirelessly in my best interest. Heidi promptly returns calls, texts and emails, a must for a dedicated and successful Realtor. Her knowledge of the area is extensive and she sincerely "listens" to your wants and needs. Further, Heidi has the confidence to research answers if she doesn't immediately know them. In my opinion, that's a quality of an intelligent person because nobody has all the answers in their head, however not all people are confident enough to admit it. Again, Heidi is and it's refreshing. By the way, she's ALWAYS gotten me the answers to all of my questions. Hiring Heidi to list your current house or hiring her to help you purchase a home will be a smart decision. She understands and respects the magnitude of those transactions. There is not enough words to express how grateful I am to Ann. A few years back my Mom, Connie Jens, thought about selling her place and Kathy Valente (my employer) told me to contact Ann. She explained everything to my Mom but it was not the right time because of where the market was at that time. Then came last December and we reached out to Ann. The way she explained everything to my Mom was with such ease that we knew it was time. Within a month had an offer and Ann went over everything with such professionalism that we knew that we had nothing to worry about and we were making the right choice. We really enjoyed working with Pat in our quest for purchasing a condo in the Sarasota area. For several months prior to our on the ground search, Pat sent us listings almost on a daily basis. We refined our search several times and along the way Pat was great about giving us insight into the community and all of the developments in the area. Pat really went out of his way to ensure we had a smooth closing. This purchase is our first in the area and we are confident we'll be looking for our dream winter home in the not too distant future.
