I can’t say enough good things about Linda’s support and service as she served as a buyer’s broker for my parents and sibling who are moving to the area. I/we have worked with real estate agents over the years, and Linda is special. First, she made a point to really listen and understand our unique space and lifestyle needs so she could help find a home that was right for our family. She helped us think through what we really needed given the multi-generational living situation. In short, she “got” us! When it came time to make the offer, she provided great counsel. They were able to get the house they wanted because Linda was on top of things. And she lent her discerning and experienced eye to the inspection process, helping us spot issues and deal with them. Linda’s help getting to closing was a godsend: because my parents are older, not tech savvy, and out of town, they needed coaching and support throughout. (The lender was great too.) Even though I am local and was able to help some with the buying process, it was such a relief for me to know that my parents were in Linda’s caring and capable hands.

Jinny and her partner Pam were awesome throughout the entire process of listing and selling my condo. They promptly handled all my questions and concerns and were professional in every aspect of the listing and sale. They followed up immediately with all the potential buyers and their agents and went out of their way to make sure everyone was satisfied and had the information they needed. Their company, Michael Saunders, was excellent and they made sure my property was presented in a first class way. Crystal was so acomodating and patient; not to mention her demonstrated expertise in all areas of our transaction. There is not enough we can say about how much we appreciated all her attention and timely responses to our many questions and requests. We had no relationship with Stacy when we used her many years ago to buy our first Sarasota condo. Now we are moving on and we never thought of using anyone else for the transaction on the new one or selling our current home. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and always on our side in any negotiation. You could not ask for more in a realtor and we are very satisfied.

Christine was very professional. She was proactive in advising me the steps we would need to follow to complete the listing and sale of the property. She was prompt on all follow up with me and or the cooperating broker and she was a true advocate in the negotiation stage of the process. In short, Christine was excellent.
