Since I don't get involved in buying or selling homes very often, I wasn't sure what to expect, particularly considering that I was selling the unit remotely, with no ability to visit Longboat Key to monitor the process. Cindy came highly recommended by our building manager and he certainly knew what he was talking about. The property sold quickly and very close to the market price she had predicted. Throughout the sales process, she was extremely courteous and responsive. She provided dedicated, knowledgeable, quality service from our first contact through closing. Amy is an outstanding broker. Before we have even met , way before the sale of course, she has done all the research for HOA rules of places I like for HUD loans. Without such , the sale cannot happen. As many places I tell her I have found , or listings she finds , all the required work is done in advance. Many other agents failed at the first meeting.

We feel very lucky to have found. Larry to help us sell our Mother's house. Although he was found through a relative who is a realtor in Texas he ended up be a neighbor to my Mom in the Cascades so he was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. He even found a new drawer for the refrigerator, all the contractors needed to fix the house and did some staging for us. The house was sold quickly. He made the process of moving my Mom from her house into independent living much easier. We highly recommend Larry & Susie they went above and beyond.

For the past 30 years we had never been south of Clearwater. We decided to explore farther south to see what areas would meet our lifestyle needs for a vacation home.
