Leo did a fantastic job marketing and selling our home. His listing write up was very well written and described the property very accurately. The listing pictures were of professional quality, and he advertised frequently in various newspapers. His knowledge of the market area was evident and we are very happy we had him as our Agent. Linda did a wonderful job for us. She correctly gauged how much our house was worth when we were clueless. We'd been living in the same location for 28 years and on an acre with not much like us around us. She protected our interests by writing a contract that kept us in our house until WE needed to move. She was the all important buffer between the purchaser and ourselves but kept us in the loop. She dealt with a lot of things and kept the process moving. My husband and I whole heartedly recommend her.

I could not have been more pleased with my home buying experience. Lynda was extremely knowledgeable of the local area where I bought my house and was able to answer all of my questions or get me the answers to the important questions that come with being a first time home buyer. June was an absolute pleasure to deal with for the sale of our condominium on Siesta Key. Working with Linda has been easy. She has been both patient and understanding with our search which has stretched over a few seasons. I have gone through purchasing and selling several properties over the years. None of the encounters come anywhere near the most satisfactory experience I had while purchasing the property in Sarasota. Monica is the most outstanding and extraordinary real estate agent I have ever met. She handled the purchase of the property while I was out of state and I never had to worry about it. My husband and I relocated to the Sarasota area in July 2016. Fortunately we met Mary Jo Violett and decided to use her as our real estate agent. She is a true professional, paying close attention to our expectations as well as cost. Given we were unfamiliar with the area, she was well-versed in what the areas had to offer. My husband is a retired military officer of 32 years active duty, he expected 100% effort in locating the right retirement home, which she was able to deliver. Mary Jo explained the differences in the Florida real estate market since we were not familiar with facets of this market. Her knowledge and patience were above and beyond what we could have possibly expected. She accompanied us through the entire process of purchasing a new home. Despite the stress of moving to a new area, she made it quite painless. Would not use any other real estate agent, she is the epitome of a true professional!

We met Brian back in 2013 during a vacation to Siesta Key when we decided on a rainy day to go look at some "placeholder" properties. Through the years, Brian kept in contact and made us aware of new properties and more importantly price trends in the market. In early 2017 we found the perfect get away in Venice and Brian made sure we made the appropriate offer and got the property. His knowledge of the area as well as home and condo construction along with his personable style made him great to work with and we'd recommend him to anyone.
