Jinny and her associate Pam were very professional in out home search in the Bradenton area. we spent 3/4 of the day looking at condo's and before the visiting many days emailing each other on possible properties to view and going through the criteria that we were looking for. She new exactly what we wanted and that is what we visited. I'm all about relationships and even tho we did not find a property this time I'm sure we found someone who will look for our needs and interest in real estate and look forward to our next visit and search in the area.

Sue Parr was a pleasure to work with. We interviewed three local realtors and our choice was clear at the conclusion of our interviews. Marlene really knows her stuff. Through the years, we've owned several vacation and rental properties. The listing, offering and closing documents are significantly more complicated than years ago. Marlene was extremely competent and gracious in helping us purchase a rental (which we'll eventually leave to the kids), and moving our offer through the process to deal to a very smooth and amicable closing.
